Patient Policies
Arrival Time
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to complete a client intake and the necessary consent forms.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. To protect our time and maintain treatment standards, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a service without charge. Patients who make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of their appointment will incur a $50 booking fee. No-Show appointments will forfeit their respective bookings fees. Any two consecutive reschedules, or cancellations will require prepayment before future bookings can be made. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to best serving you at your appointment!
Late Arrival
If you are delayed for your appointment, please contact us at 317-995-6764 to inform us of your estimated time of arrival. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. In case of a delayed arrival, we will attempt to accommodate your full appointment; however, we cannot guarantee this.
Pricing & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Our office works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (i.e. Evolus and Xperience ) to obtain rewards points earned on previous injection services rendered.
Practice-Patient Relationship
We love having you as our patient, but Enhanced Beauty by Jessica Lynn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Payment
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We also accept Cherry financing. Any gift cards, coupons or treatment packages must be mentioned at the time of booking.
Insurance
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to work with your insurance company to gain coverage for the services we provide. These services are considered to be “out of pocket” and 100% the patient’s responsibility.
Financing
We offer Cherry financing for patients who need a line of credit to pay for their treatments. Please note: Cherry Financing is not applicable for transactions that total less than $200.00.

First and foremost, our goal is for you to be happy with your service and to love the results you achieve. We value full disclosure, ensuring you understand each treatment and its risks and benefits. With this in mind, please be assured that the provider will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you and you only.
